Guide you through the important choices of your life

Our Office puts its expertise and skills at the service of the management of your assets (patrimonial engineering, real estate expertise, tax assistance, international law, copyright).

We carry out, on behalf of individuals or family companies, a personalized assessment of their organization and/or their status and propose legal solutions adapted to their needs, taking into account the wishes expressed by our clients through a continuous dialogue.

Our “divorce” division completes our experience in the break-up of PACs, cohabitation and liquidation of matrimonial regimes before or after divorce. We propose to use the “Espace notarial”, a secure internet space allowing all the interlocutors (clients, lawyers, magistrates and notaries) to consult and intervene on the file in real time by means of dedicated access codes.

The Family Property Law Department will assist you in making important choices in your life (marital situation, organization and transmission of assets, inheritance).

As a true transversal department of the firm, this department is systematically associated with the reflection of the other collaborators to study the impact on your patrimony of the implementation of the recommended solutions or to propose other more adapted solutions.

For complex cases, focus groups between the family property law and real estate departments and the financing of individuals can be quickly set up.

We will be able to put you in touch with specialized partners if the situation requires it.
